Winter="Me Time"

After an incredibly busy Holiday season I am thrilled to be back in the studio again making new art! I have several projects in the works. I have begun a series of Detroit pieces that will be limited edition prints available for sale thru Art Detroit. My first subject the incredible train station which I am contempating how to tackle since it wants to be a very large grand piece like the real McKoy

Heres the first peak at it.

I've finished 2 Bay Ridge pieces already this year. One a commission of a home on 85th Street. If you would like a nice portrait of your home (or pets!) I'm your lady! The other local firehouse Engine 242. This piece currently is on display along w/a 14' Brooklyn Bridge and the Gingerbread House in the windows of Skinflints 79th & 5th avenue (local legendary bar/restaurant here in Bay Ridge)

The group winter show at The Coop (95th street & 4th Avenue) is up until Jan 29th. Closing party 4-6pm Sunday 1/29. If you haven't checked out Bay Ridge's coolest new coffee spot do and the food is amazing! The owners are committed to featuring local artists so please support!

Coney Island is calling me as well artistically and I will be back portraying all the beautiful Brooklyn  Brownstones as well. I was lucky to be invited back for another solo show of Brownstones at the Brooklyn Workshop Gallery on Hoyt Street in the springtime. Chashama studios will be part of Armory week in early February so stay tuned for more news on that!
